The Problem
The Team at Graphic Fusion in Tucson Arizona got together and created Signoff.me.
We are developers who came across a distinct problem, when people told us they were approving or “signing off” on something, often times they would either change their minds about it later or they weren’t clear what they were saying yes to. This of course wastes people’s time and money and creates this little annoying guy called a “PROBLEM.”
The Solution
To fix this “Problem” we set out to develop a system where clients now have to sign off on each item we send them (along with notes to make sure they fully understand) and they can date stamp their glowing approval right there on each item.
This creates a commitment from the client and safe guards us against them coming back later with a set of new thoughts and or opinions.
On our journey creating this online business app, we ran into some business owners who said it could really help their business. We took collaborative ideas, problems and thoughts from difference types of businesses and came up with the solution you see here.
