While doing some research and brainstorming on business cards I came across a few cards that I felt failed completely. Even though they look great, the people who designed them forgot that they are designing a business card. A good business card will stand out from the rest, it will be easy to read, and it will properly represent your company’s identity.
1) Aside from my personal opinion on this card’s less than appealing aesthetics, it falls short in a number of other categories. This card would either be difficult to reproduce or incredibly expensive. It also doesn’t appear to be very durable or wallet sized.

These fonts are so over used that i feel it is my duty to point it out everytime I see one used. Sometimes they go perfectly with design (in that case I would add: “at least it goes with their design” but in most cases it’s used simply because it looks cool.
I mean come on, this speaks for itself, this font just screams crappy designer to me.
