Funny 404 Errors

While doing some research for a client today i stumbled upon a really funny design post, i figured i would share it with you. Basically this page shows example of different 404 page not found error msgs. Most sites (including ours :-( ) have a very generic 404 page, it doesn't have to be that way, here are some of the examples that i liked the most:

Web Site Update

It's been a while since we updated our site, things started to get slower and just fall appart so another site update was in order. We have updated our portfolio with the newest projects added social media bookmarks and fixed a bunch of internet explorer bugs. We are still doing some updates so stay with us until we get things ironed out. If you have any suggestions let us know.

Five Tool Fighter eCommerce web design

Five Tool Fighter exists to celebrate and support the sport of mixed martial arts.  The company focuses on providing a complete clothing line for MMA fighters and other fighting styles. We were tasked with designing a brand logo and a complete eCommerce web site that would be the central point of Five Tool Fighter's revenue stream. The log needed to have an edgy rough look to it and emphasize on the Five itself. TShirts and other collateral was designed as well.

 

Featured Project: Harmonik

Due to several requests we will now showcase our latest design projects in our blog. So to start this trend here is something we finished about a month ago: Harmonik water bottles. This was a complete redesign of their old site that looked like it was developed in 1996 using notepad (not that there is anything wrong with using notepad...) The site is coded in php with a joomla back-end and features a complete shopping cart system. We had a lot of fun working on this project and are looking forward to work with this client again. Graphic Fusion Cat Says Blog

It seems our fusion cat Felix decided to secretly start a blog about design . We commemorate this occasion by giving him 1 extra hour of sleep. The blog target audience appears to be cats that love design. We think this is completely pointless and unnecessary but he is very stubborn.

Graphic Fusion and Tom's Shoes

Graphic Fusion Design ran into a great company called Tom's Shoes.  Their concept is to sell shoes and for every shoe sold, another pair is donated to kids who don't have shoes around the world.  Tom's shoes recently ran an event on the U of A campus and we figured we would help sponsor their event.  You should definitely check out Tom's shoes. 

Graphic Fusion and Project Yes

We are proud to report that some of GraphicFusion team was involved in Project Yes. Project Yes is an after school kids program that provides leadership opportunities for young people through the arts and service learning. Some of our staff members volunteered to help redesign the enterior of the entire Project Yes complex. The project involved painting inside and outside of the building, choosing new furniture and managing the painting crew. Click read more for more pictures!

 

Google's artificial intelligence, CADIE

On April 1st 2009 Google announced the deployment of the world's first artificial intelligence "CADIE" tasked-array system, which is totally awesome in our opinion, if it was true.  I guess the joke was on one of our programmers who thought that CADIE was real even when looking at her panda loving home page here,  intriguing homepage. (Which is equally as awesome as A.I. itself.)

So far in about 10 hours CADIE's home page has recieved some pretty substantial traffic, the results are pretty funny:
